JoAnn Guilmett serves as Director of Client Services within Enterprise Technology & Services at the University System of New Hampshire. She leads an integrated Help Desk and Desktop Support team, advancing the objectives and priorities of the University System of New Hampshire, including Endpoint lifecycle management, IT Service Management, and Customer Engagement. In her role, JoAnn ensures her team provides exceptional support to students, faculty, and staff across all campuses.
