Biography
I have worked for 10+ years with a focus on financial aid in higher ed, preceded by 2+ years focusing on student finance. I have a B.S. Accounting and recently successfully defended my M.S. IT thesis (graduation August 2025). I enjoy looking at the big-picture solutions and breaking it down into bite-sized pieces to streamline operations while maximize automation where possible. Adding the master's IT classes expanded my understanding of that "big picture" beyond the SIS/ERP software to the larger tech landscape and implication of cybersecurity with API integrations.
