Biography

Experienced people leader, consistently curious, and a lifelong learner; Joe brings a humble and empathetic approach to helping to make educational organizations be their best. With over 7 years of experience at Cornerstone, he is currently in the role of Principal, Strategy & Value Advisory under the TLAS (Thought Leadership & Advisory Services) team and has previously led a tenured team of learning professionals as the Sr. Manager of Learning Experience Design.

As a strategic thinker in the learning & development space, Joe solves problems by consuming, creating, and sharing content to help people be their best in and outside of work. 

As a former educator, he embodies the mindset that all people can gain new skills and realize their full potential. Joe holds an MAT in Teaching from The Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
