Biography

Joe Tykwinski is the Chief Information Officer at Valley City State University. Joe is a tenured faculty member, having taught communication technology for 10 years. He was instrumental in establishing a North Dakota University System interactive video network and lead the planning and implementation of the ubiquitous notebook computing initiative at Valley City State University. He has served as CIO since 1996 and is the member of the President's Cabinet.  Joe completed his M.S. in Technology Education at Mankato State University in Minnesota.
