Biography

As executive staff at Baylor University serving as Associate Director of Learning Systems, I have developed expertise in managing enterprise academic systems and technology services in higher education. My experience includes supervising a small team of highly-skilled professionals providing professional development services and system administration of enterprise academic systems including Blackboard Learn, Canvas by Instructure, Blackboard Collaborate, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Cisco Webex. My technical skills include system administration, managing cloud applications, load balancing, performance monitoring, and hardware scaling. My interests include new media tools, project management, communication, leadership, and discovering new resources to fill academic technology needs.
