Biography
Mr. May is experienced as managing consultant on e-Learning. He stood as projectmanager at the cradle of Capgemini’s Virtual Classroom in 1997, which was awarded on the international Innovation forum with the peoples innovation award. Next to to this project he worked on several e-Learning innitiatives, pilots and projects within Capgemini and her corprate and educational clients. In these projects he worked with a wide variation of tools and techniques. He used the experience from these projects, to build a Capgemini vision on e-Learning. He uses this in many external seminars, interviews and publications.
Next to e-Learning is Mr. May experienced in the educational aspects on change management and knowledge management. He has worked on various project on the design and definition of functionprofiles and careerpaths for new to develop (or redevelopment of) organizations.
