Biography

Dr. Meyer spent 21 years in elementary school classrooms and administration before transitioning to higher education in 2008. His interests lie in the area of educational technology, assessment, and teacher professional development, especially as it relates to making paradigmatic shifts in understanding. Dr. Meyer directs the Martin Luther College graduate programs and teaches in the area of educational administration. He is a member of the American Educational Research Association, and his dissertation was awarded the Annual Dissertation Award for Division A in 2014. Dr. Meyer is a peer reviewer for the Higher Learning Commission.
