Biography

J.C. Grooms serves as the Knowledge Systems Architect for Minnesota State University, Mankato. He holds a BS in Software Engineering, Psychology, and Mathematics as well as a graduate certificate in Modeling and Simulation all from Minnesota State University, Mankato. J.C.'s portfolio reolves around data science, business intelligence, project management, business anlaysis, and IT Service Management (ITSM). He is trained in Prince2 Project Management and certified in Knoweldge Centered Support (KCS) and multiple levels of ITIL.
