John Heinrichs
Biography
John Heinrichs is an Assistant Professor at Wayne State University (WSU) in Detroit Michigan, where he teaches competitive intelligence and web development courses in the Library and Information Science program. He is a currently a member of the Staff Development Council at WSU which is focused on implementing SharePoint, MediaSite and a certification testing center to deliver "just-for-me" training and testing for the university library staff. In addition, John is writing a book entitled "Moving from Vision to Action: A Knowledge Workers How-to Guide for Insight Generation" to help organization's implement insight generation processes. John completed his Ph.D. in Manufacturing Management and Information Systems at The University of Toledo and earned a MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Bowling Green State University.EDUCAUSE Presentations
