Biography
Director of Educational Technologies and Chief Technology Officer, John Payne is a member of the general faculty, School of Continuing and Professional Studies at the University of Virginia. While at the University he has provided oversight and direction of the School’s distance learning program, information systems, website, satellite broadcast facilities and technology infrastructure.
John has more than 25 years experience in creating, integrating and directing instructional technologies in higher education. He publishes and speaks both nationally and internationally.
