Experienced leader in the areas of technology staffing and services. Responsible for supporting Higher Education in Nebraska and South Dakota. According to an article by Educause titled "The Top 10 IT Issues, 2014 in Higher Education", the number 4 issue for 2014 is Developing an IT Staffing and organizational model to facilitate agility. This is what I do. It is my responsibility to educate our customers on the best practices of IT Staffing and how best to utilize this model.
