John O'Keefe
Biography
John O'Keefe is the Vice President for Information Technology Services and CIO at Lafayette College in Easton, PA. As Lafayette's first CIO, he led the completion of the College's IT Master Plan, expanded instructional technology, created a new college-wide IT governance process, established an IT process improvement and assessment service, and established a campus-wide data management service to address the College's ever-increasing data needs. John is also actively involved in the classroom periodically team-teaching production classes for the Film and Media Studies Program. John is very active in the higher education IT community, serving on the board for CLAC (the Consortium of Liberal Arts Colleges) as well as the InCommon Federation's Steering Committee. He is also involved with KINBER, the organization that supports the newly formed Pennsylvania high-speed network for research and education.EDUCAUSE Publications
