Biography

With over eight years of experience in data analytics and five years in higher education, I specialize in designing and implementing data architectures and reporting tools focused on student success and retention strategies at Berklee College of Music and the Boston Conservatory at Berklee. As the Assistant Director of Enrollment Research and Analytics, I create scalable data models to track, analyze, and solve complex data challenges, and developing live reporting systems using tools such as SQL, R, Python, Tableau, and Google Apps Script and more to transform raw data into actionable insights.
