Biography

Experienced administrator, business innovator, marketer, manager, instructional designer, and professor.

I have always been an entrepreneur and an educator at heart. Within my experience of helping educational startups succeed, I had to wear all of the hats every business owner wears; writer, speaker, researcher, manager, marketer, web-programmer, salesperson, networker, deal-maker, innovator, problem solver, and collaborator. 

I'm hardwired to:
-    prioritize strategic initiatives and ensure the implementation details are defined and accomplished
-       ensure the welfare of others (employees, customers, partners, and superiors).
-    get it done.
-    make sure others receive thanks, encouragement, and appreciation.
-    default toward collaboration
-      bring out the best in others
-    be an extroverted introvert (It is effortless for me to initiate and get to know anyone – put people at ease – but I don’t need the spotlight).
-    treat most of life as a puzzle, and I love puzzles.
-    be genuine.
