Biography
John has been part of the Pacific family since Jan 2007. First working as the Enrollment Management’s web developer, developing web applications for the division and in Oct 2013 taking on the roll as the CRM Analyst. As the CRM Analyst, John works with various units on all three campuses to develop business processes and communication flows to leverage the power of our CRM to manage and communicate with the various constituents on and off campus. He also manages the day-to-day operations of the CRM. Before Pacific, John for eight years, served as webmaster and DBA in the Viterbi School of Engineering at USC working with partners like NASA Ames Research Center, JPL, Boeing developing web sites, web application and managing intellectual portfolio databases for each. John brings a wealth of institutional knowledge and experience to the team.
