John Walsh

Biography

As the Manager of Processing & Information Platform Services for Information Technology Cyberinfrastructure at Northwestern University, John Walsh is responsible for managing the teams responsible for physical and virtual server infrastructure, storage and the centralized HPC Computing Infrastructure. John specializes in the areas of: VMware (ESX, vCenter, SRM, vCloud Director), Windows, Red Hat Linux, GPFS, xCAT, EMC and IBM storage.
