Biography
Jon Finke is the primay developer of the Simon system - an Oracle based system to handle identity management, directory information and automatic maintenance of email accounts. In addition, Jon also works on billing systems for computer usage (disk, printing, backup), telephone (service and equipment charges), provisioning of Voicemail systems and VOIP telephone service as well as the DNS servers at Rensselaer. Many of these projects have been published at the LISA conference (and some others).
