Biography

Jon Hays is the Manager of Communiaction & Collaboration Services at the University of California, Berkeley where he leads a team that delivers and manages email, mailing lists, calendars, videoconferencing, collaborative file sharing and software licensing via cloud services including Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft O365, Google Workspace for Education, Zoom and Box.

Prior to this role, Jon was the Service Manager for Berkeley's Learning Management Systems and lead the campus transition from Sakai to Canvas. He has a Masters in Education with an emphasis in Instructional Technologies from San Francisco State University and has also served in the roles of Product Manager, Business Analyst and Instructional Designer.
