I build bridges between complex systems, creative ideas, and real human needs. As a manager in AI integration and automation at UCSB PaCE, I lead cross-functional efforts that span CRM strategy, data workflows, ethical AI enablement, and digital marketing infrastructure, turning abstract goals into sustainable, scalable solutions.

My background blends intercultural consulting, ethical AI implementation, and multilingual communication, shaped by nearly a decade of freelance and institutional experience across education, government, and global markets. Whether I’m developing automation pipelines, designing inclusive AI workshops, or mentoring teams in cross-platform operations, I thrive on solving problems with clarity, care, and curiosity.

I value autonomy, creative constraint, and collaborative problem-solving. I’m especially drawn to initiatives that call for critical thinking, integrity, and adaptive leadership, where systems need to flex, people need to connect, and values need to scale with impact.
