Biography

Jon Giltner is the Director of Enterprise Services in the Office of Information Technology at the University of Colorado Boulder, where he leads the group responsible for the practices of development & architecture, project management, service management, and business analysis, as well as responsibility for the campuswide services of messaging & collaboration, identity management, endpoint/device management, enterprise CRM, and ananlysis and support for major business practices such as human resources, student administration, and research administration. Jon has over 25 years experience managing the development and opration of IT services, most of which has been in higher ed.
