Jon Reed
Biography
I work in the Faculty and Student Experience team of Information Services & Technology, MIT's central IT department. I work primarily with students, convening the Student Technology Advisory Board, supervising student employees, and working on our public student computing environments. One of my primary goals is to make sure we're giving the students what they want, as opposed to telling them what we think they should want.EDUCAUSE Presentations
