Biography
Jordan Wiens, CISSP, is a Network Security Engineer at the University of Florida where he has been a member of the incident response team since January of 2000. He finished his undergradaute mathematics degree while working at the university where he started as a student programmer and server administrator before joining the security team. While primarily focused on the campus intrusion detection system, he is involved with many levels of security, from developing policies and procedures, to investigation and forensics. He is also currently the security beat editor for Network Computing magazine and has had published many articles on security technologies and products.
