Biography
Josep Cobarsí is a lecturer at Department of Information and Communication Studies in Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. Researcher in the group Knowledge and Information Management in Organisations (UOC's Internet Interdisciplinari Institute). Research interests and publications about: information management, information systems in higher education, knowledge networks, disasters and information.
Josep completed her Ph.D. dissertation in Bussiness Organization (title: "Campus Information Systems in Spain: characterisation and analysis", Universitat de Girona 2005). He collaborates with Universitat de Girona and Infonomia.com (information management and innovation network).
