Joe Frost
Biography
Joe has been designing, implementing, and maintaining computer applications at the University of Washington since 1983. He has been a member of the Client Services Project Consulting team since 1999. While he has programmed in everything from Compass and Cobol to C++ and Java, he is biased toward development environments with step-through debuggers and that have a working port of NUnit.EDUCAUSE Presentations
