Biography

Joshua Green is the Program Director for Enterprise Operations at Texas A&M and is a Prosci certified Organizational Change Practitioner. He oversees the IT Service Management Office and the 24x7 IT Operations Center; in his role he works to ensure IT Communicates, Collaborates, and Connects with itself and the organization it serves while driving activities to enhance IT’s culture of Service Excellence and Operational Credibility.
