Biography
Joy L. Colwell, J.D., is an Associate Professor of Organizational Leadership and Supervision at Purdue University Calumet, where she teaches courses in conflict management, personnel law, and related subjects. She has taught traditional courses, hybrid/blended formats, and has extensive experience with online courses. She has also completed Peer Reviewer Training for online courses through the Quality Matters project. She also works with graduate education in the School of Technology at PUC.
