Joyce Lazier
Biography
Joyce earned her Ph.D. from the University of Nebraska in 2003 in Kantian Ethics. She has published articles and book chapters on Kant and Descartes. In 2011 she won the Enhancement of Learning Award in the College of Arts and Sciences for her work with the iPad in her Modern Philosophy proof-of-concept course. Since February, she and Samantha have presented at 12 national and international conferences where they showcase IPFW's mobile initiative and classroom innovation with the tablet.EDUCAUSE Presentations
