JP Peters
Biography
JP Peters is the Associate Director of IT Support Services at UCF. In this role he oversees endpoint engineering, desktop support and other endpoint-centered services. Among his accomplishments, JP was the recipient of a Ryland Fellowship Award, and is a fellow of the EDUCAUSE Leadership Institute. He holds an MBA from the University of Central Florida and is ITIL 4, HDI and COBIT certified.
