Judi Reiffert


Judi is Manager of the Help Desk area in Information Technology Services at Trinity University, a small private liberal arts University with a student community of 2500 and full time faculty and staff of 640. She has been in ITS with Trinity for the past 16 years in a variety of positions. She is currently involved with computer software and hardware problem solving, and provides support for over 2000 computers on campus that are used by faculty, staff and student labs. As helpdesk manager she has a wide variety of support issues to share.
