Judy Brooks leads technology-enhanced learning (TEL) initiatives at CMU’s Eberly Center and directs learning experience design for CMU Online programs. As head of the Ed Tech team, she guides learning engineers, technology consultants, and software engineers in supporting and advancing the university’s educational technology ecosystem.
An experienced information architect with a master of Design from CMU, Judy specializes in developing interactive educational tools and consulting on course design. Her graduate research explored using wonder and play to promote deep learning, and developing innovative exercises for teaching complex problem-solving in design education.
