Julia helps universities and academic medical centers achieve large transformation initiatives by optimizing their business processes, operations, and technologies. She has assisted multiple clients design and implement the full financial suite of applications across Oracle Cloud and PeopleSoft and has also supported institutions evaluating their readiness for a move to cloud applications. 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Julia has a wide range of experience in full lifecycle on-premise and cloud systems implementations, as well as cloud optimization and planning efforts, at a number of large and mid-sized universities and academic medical centers. With deep knowledge across the full spectrum of financial administration, including Chart of Accounts, grants and project management, procure-to-pay, and labor distribution, Julia possesses a strong project management skillset and has managed implementation teams blending consultant and client resources. She has considerable experience aligning cross-workstream efforts between functional, technical, and change management to achieve overall program success.
