Julia Welch
Biography
Julia Welch is the IT Operations Project Manager in the Residential & Dining Enterprises division of Stanford University. Her responsibilities include project management, process improvement and business analysis. Julia holds the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute and the CSM certification from the Scrum Alliance. She completed her BA at Rutgers University and her MSBA at San Francisco State University.Memberships
