Julian Bangash
Biography
Julian Bangash is the founder and CEO of ScreenComply, an enterprise software company focused on academic integrity in the age of AI. ScreenComply helps colleges and universities detect the forms of exam cheating that happen outside the browser, such as desktop AI assistants, hidden overlays, remote-access tools, and second devices, and surfaces them as objective evidence for human review rather than behavioral inference. Before founding the company, Julian served as a Marine Corps infantry officer and worked in finance at Rothschild and in law at Kirkland & Ellis. He holds a JD and an MBA from New York University. His work centers on helping institutions uphold the value of their assessments and credentials while keeping faculty and integrity offices in control of every decision, with a particular interest in how higher education can respond to generative AI without sacrificing student trust or privacy.
