Biography

Hey, Folks! I am Juliet Cassidy-Floyd, a Faculty Developer for the Rothwell CTLE at Embry-Riddle Worldwide.  I have worked in public school districts and in higher education teaching students and leading faculty development. I have an extensive background in Educational Psychology, studying how we learn and how we know we have learned.  I am passionate about incorporating data driven goals as part of the decision making process of an organization while building professional learning communities. I try to get outside and enjoy the Florida weather as much as I can in my free time.
