Julie Boisselle

Biography

Julie has worked in small liberal arts environments since 1999 in both librarian and educational technology roles and has a rich history with women's colleges, having studied or worked thus far at Scripps, Smith, Mount Holyoke and William Smith Colleges. Julie earned her B.A. in Women's Studies from Smith College and an M.L.S. from the University of Maryland. At Mt Holyoke, Juliet collaborated on a number of initiatives, including the development (and then teaching) of an information fluency course, as well as a peer-based Technology Mentor Program. At HWS, she coordinated a number of technology-based teaching and learning initiatives including Innovative Digital Pedagogies, Innovative Classrooms, and AsiaPod. At Worcester State, based in the Center for Teaching and Learning, she is excited to draw from all of her higher ed experiences, including a recent certificate in instructional design.
