Biography
Julio C Rodriguez, (Ph.D., Iowa State University) directs the Center for Language & Technology (http://clt.manoa.hawaii.edu) and the National Foreign Language Resource Center (http://nflrc.hawaii.edu), and co-directs the Language Flagship Technology Innovation Center (http://lftic.lll.hawaii.edu) at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He has over 25 years of experience in instructional design and technology integration into teaching and learning. His primary areas of interest include design-based research, faculty development, the research and development of materials for online learning, and project-based learning.
