Kara Tillman
Biography
Kara Tillman is a senior project director in the Office of Organizational Development at the Georgia Institute of Technology specializing in the area of Change Management. In this role, she partners with technical project personnel and subject matter experts to identify and mitigate risk associated with major change initiatives and take the lead on activities such as strategic communications and working with key stakeholders across campus to help them understand, be prepared for and benefit from new initiatives and features. Prior to joining Georgia Tech, Kara worked as a consultant at Accenture for several years, in both the Systems Integration and Change Management practices. Kara holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Duke University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.EDUCAUSE Presentations
