Biography

Kathy Bader is a senior higher education consultant with over thirty years of experience working with colleges and universities, both domestic and international. She has extensive expertise with student information systems implementations and policy and business processes review and redesign. Kathy is facile in student sytems solutions, as well as imagining, CRM, mobile interfaces, and data analytics. She has managed multiple large and successful implementations. Her strengths are in resource management, communications, change management, and consensus building. Kathy came from a top-tier private university and has worked with multiple colleges and universities as a member of the HEUG Board of Directors (PeopleSoft users group). Kathy’s professional focus has been on the student and faculty experience as core as core to the mission of higher education.
