Kathy Heath

Biography

Kathy Heath is the Administrative Officer for the Division of Finance & Administrative Affairs at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where she directs the budget, business support, human resources, and professional development activities for the division. Kathy is also responsible for facilitating and supporting divisional strategic planning, business process improvement, and organizational planning efforts. Current projects include the development of a comprehensive employee on-boarding program, design and implementation of an integrated administrative support model, and implementation of electronic workflow solutions. Kathy holds a Masters degree in Business Administration.
