Biography

Kathy is a DASH Team Leader for the Customer Success Team in the UT System Administration Department of Technology Solutions, also serving as a change management resource. She started working at UTK in 2013 
in an academic department in the Haslam College of Business before transitioning to her current role with DTS. She 
holds a BS in Business Administration and in 2019 she became an alumnus of UTK, graduating with an MS in 
Instructional Technology. Kathy is also a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
