Biography

Katie is the ITS Change Management Lead for the College of the Holy Cross, where she is currently leading change efforts for a Workday implementation. Before joining Holy Cross, Katie served as the English Language Arts Liaison (Director) for the Worcester Public Schools and the Director of Talent and Professional Development for the Holyoke Public Schools, where she strategized and led several enterprise-wide change initiatives. Katie holds a Master’s in English Literature from Middlebury College and change management practitioner certifications from PROSCI and Cornell University.
