Biography
Dr. Keith Barker has a background in Engineering and Computer Science. His degrees are from the University of Sheffield in England. He has had a long career in the use of technology in the classroom, has taught using closed circuit and broadcast television, has created an on-line course, and has spent the latter 5 years in faculty development activities. He currently heads up the University's Institute for Teaching and Learning.
