Biography
I lead a diverse team of over 100 employees and contractors to design and develop the entire web experience of Capella University. I've developed a high-performing management team of directors, managers, and supervisors who lead a mix of roles/skills spanning both online products (such as our various web properties) and our online courses.
Keith and his team work with partners across the organization to maintain a complex portfolio of online products, including 1600+ online courses, 6000+ interactive media elements, and several web properties including a robust student portal that includes complex technical integrations and a comprehensive private social network.
Keith is an executive leader responsible for a variety of important, strategic technology and academic projects, including new business development and R&D initiatives. He is continually working to transform Capella's online experience to meet both academic and business goals.
Keith joined Capella University in 2000, and developed the Web Strategies and Operations team; a new department to the organization. Keith earned his bachelors degree from the University of Minnesota and has completed his masters coursework in the University of Minnesota - College of Human Ecology (now the School of Design).
