Biography

Kelly Dempsey is an Instructional Designer and also serves c;ients as an Account Manager with Moodle US. Most recently Kelly served as an instructional designer at Colgate University. With over 20 years experience in the educational technology field, Kelly's primary role at Moodle is to provide leadership, support and consultation in the implementation of Moodle eLearning courses for higher education, K-12 and corporate clients. Kelly manages the client success program at Moodle US ensuring all clients have the technical and pedagogical support they need for their eLearning initiatives. Kelly began her ed tech career at Skidmore College in upstate New York, followed by Babson College in Boston managing their "Innovation Pipeline." She is a former fifth grade teacher and U.S. Coast Guard aircrew veteran. Kelly holds a BA degree from Norwich University, Vermont in English and Elementary Education, an M.Ed from Columbia University and a CAS from the University of Wisconsin in instructional design.
