Biography

Passionate talent professional with nearly 14 years' experience in recruiting, strategic communications, and more than a decade managing people and teams. Servant leader who has successfully created and executed strategic recruiting initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and while exceeding annual hiring targets. Kelly has re-engineered business strategies, processes and ways of working specific to Talent Acquisition & Talent Management to drive scalability. Personally, she specializes in talent data analysis and trends, change management, leadership development, employee engagement, culture building & talent development. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from James Madison University (Go Dukes!). Based in Chantilly, VA, she shares her home with her husband Pete, their beloved 7-month-old puppy Charlie, and three stepchildren: Mackensie (20), Zachary (17), and Collins (13). Known for her dedication as a dog mom and a bonus mom, Kelly finds joy in outdoor adventures like bike riding, hiking, and back-country camping. When indoors, she enjoys quality time with friends, playing with Charlie, teaching her kids new card games, and indulging in movies and music!
