Biography
Kendall St. Hilaire is the Assistant Dean of the Virtual Campus at Indian River State College. She holds a Kendall has a Master of Science in instructional systems and design from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English literature and history from Florida State University. Kendall completed her Doctor of Education degree at the University of Florida in higher education administration and policy in 2018. She has served on the Board of Directors for the University of Central Florida’s TOPkit program since 2016. She serves on the Executive Committee of the Florida Virtual Campus (FLVC). Her interests include researching the field of online education in order to serve online students and support the completion of their credentials.
