Ken Kline

Biography

Ken was appointed Budget Director on November 26, 2007. He began his career in budgeting and financial management as an economist with the City of Akron where he served from 1993 to 1997. After working for the Columbus Consolidated Government from 1997 to 1998 as a financial analyst, Ken left the public sector to join Ceridian Corporation where he worked his way up to District Vice President for Implementation and Customer Care. In 2004, Ken left Ceridian and joined Cornell University as Business Systems and Financial Planning Manager where he remained until coming to Northern Kentucky University in 2007. Ken holds MBA degrees from Cornell University and from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. He also holds a M.A. in Economics from The Ohio State University and a B.A. in Economics from Xavier University.
