Biography
Kenneth L Londoner founded BioSig Technologies in February 2009. This is a medical device company, which has developed a surface electrocardiogram (ECG) and intracardiac multichannel recording and analysis system, called PURE EP System. This system has the aim to improve Atrial Fibrillation and Ventricular Tachycardia. The system helps identifying the arrears of the tissue which lead to heart rhythm disturbance by acquiring and displaying high-fidelity cardiac signal recordings even at undetectable levels with high accuracy. Currently, Londoner serves as the CEO, Chairman, and Director of BioSig.
Moreover, he serves as the Managing Partner of Endicott Management Partners, LLC. This firm assists emerging growth companies in their corporate development and investing needs since 2004.
Previously, Kenneth L Londoner, was the executive vice president of NewCardio, Inc., a Silicon Valley based cardiac software company. He served at this position from April 2007 to October 2009.
From May 2012 to March 2014, Kenneth L Londoner served as a Director and the architect for the turnaround at Alliqua BioMedical, Inc.
Also, he is the co-founder of the port security and logistics company Safe Ports Holdings, LLC, in Charleston, South Carolina. Londoner is a member of the board of Directors of Safe Ports Board.
At the beggining of his career, he founded the Red Coat Capital Management, a hedge fund. Since its founding in 1996, the fund has grown from its initial base of $ 2 million in assets to a peak of $ 1.1 billion.
