Biography

Ken Stafford retired afer six years as CIO at Kansas State University in 2016. Prior to that, he was the vice chancellor for technology at the University of Denver for 12 years, he was interim vice chancellor for general administration for the University of Maryland System; vice president for finance and administration at Bowie State University; vice president for finance and administration at the Maryland Institute for Agriculture and Natural Resources; chief fiscal officer for agriculture at the University of Idaho; and assistant director of management information services at the University of Idaho. He has been involved with computers in education for over 40 years and has consulted on management information systems to many universities and foreign countries.
