Biography

Kenneth S. Blackney is Associate Vice President of Core Technology Infrastructure at Drexel University. Mr. Blackney has held roles ranging from academic support to technology assessment, before his current position overseeing computing and communications for Drexel. He is chairman of the board of the Keystone Initiative for Network Based Education and Research (KINBER), the statewide research and education network in Pennsylvania. He has spoken and presented papers at conferences in the United States, Australia, Europe and South America on the topics of networking, mobile applications, and technology service provisioning.
